Knife Fight Delray Beach Rose's Daughter Chef Competition

Knife Fight Delray is a Chef vs Chef Non-Profit Event benefiting the EJS Project hosted by Chef Koby Wexler at Rose’s Daughter American Trattoria Delray Beach. Each month (2) Two Chefs and their Assistants will go head to head in an hour long competition for bragging rights. Competing Chefs will be announced the night of the event along with the special ingredients they will have to use to prepare dishes to present to industry judges. Special ingredients will be sponsored by local businesses.
